In 2006, a group of American building industry executives with more than 100 years of collective experience - seeing the increased use of chemically processed, toxic, and manufactured building materials - felt the time was right to bring a remarkable Scandinavian-based technology to the U.S. market. The technology had been utilized in Europe for years and provided an all-natural, chemical-free option to the treatment of wood, giving it a resistance to rot and decay while retaining its beauty and workability.

And so Bay Tree Technologies USA, LLC was born — a company inspired by the idea that our planet is not inherited from the past but borrowed from the future. Bay Tree Technologies is dedicated to producing environmentally friendly, sustainable products. Products like PureWood™ Decking.
